Written Description.

• Leave the A1 Western bypass at the 'Coal House' roundabout, signposted Team Valley.
  
• If approaching from the South take the fourth exit at the roundabout onto Kingsway South, following signs for 'Retail World'.
  
• If approaching from the North, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Kingsway South, following signs for 'Retail World'.
  
• Proceed along Kingsway South in the right hand lane for a short distance, then at the 'Retail World' roundabout go around and leave the roundabout facing the way that you have just come.
  
• Continue back along Kingsway North until you have almost reached the end, then turn left immediately after the PELICAN crossing onto Eleventh Avenue.
  
• Continue up Eleventh Avenue then turn left just before the end, onto Eleventh Avenue North.
  
• After a hundred metres or so you should see some blue (waist height) railings on the left. Drive down the ramp here and then bear right. We are the very last unit (K38).
  
• If you require accessible parking, please let us know your requirements in advance so that we can make adequate provision. If you do not need accessible parking then you can park at the end of the building opposite the ramp or use the road next to the railings.

• Service 193. Only at selected times. Stops at Team Valley South End. Check with operator.
  
• Service 1. Every 30 minutes. Stops at Sainsburys.
